PRO REWARDS™

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Program Purpose

Pro Rewards™ is a purchase-based rewards program operated by Cellux US LLC. It recognizes professional contractors who choose and use eligible AmTape® products in their work. Rewards are provided directly to eligible end users—not to dealers, distributors, or sales representatives.

2. Eligibility and Registration

The pilot is initially available to professional contractors located in Florida who are at least 18 years old. Participation is voluntary and requires direct registration through the Pro Rewards™ platform and acceptance of these Terms. Dealers and distributors may recommend potential participants, but they do not enroll participants or administer the Program. Each participant may maintain one account.

3. Eligible Purchases

Only purchases from participating dealers in Florida qualify, and only for these products:

• Premium Best Painter’s Tape

• Premium Multi-Surface

• Premium Delicate Surfaces

4. Earning Points

Participants earn 1 point for each eligible roll purchased. New participants receive a one-time 100-point welcome bonus after successful registration and validation. To request purchase points, participants must upload a clear, legible invoice directly to the Pro Rewards™ platform within 30 calendar days of purchase. Cellux US LLC reviews the invoice and determines whether the purchase qualifies. Points are credited after verification.

5. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for the following rewards:

• 240 points: one display box containing 12 rolls of 2-inch tape.

• 320 points: one display box containing 16 rolls of 1.5-inch tape.

Rewards are subject to verification and availability. Any shipping charge will be disclosed before redemption is confirmed and is the participant’s responsibility. Unused points remain in the account, subject to the expiration rules.

6. Point Expiration

Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity.

7. Dealers and Distributors

Dealers and distributors may recommend contractors, but their role is limited to making recommendations. They are not parties to or administrators of the Program. They do not validate invoices, manage accounts, or receive participants’ personal information, invoices, purchase histories, or point balances. All registration, invoice submission, point validation, and reward redemption take place directly between the participant and Cellux US LLC.

8. Accurate Information and Program Integrity

Participants must provide accurate information and submit genuine, unaltered invoices. Cellux US LLC may reject an invoice or suspend an account if it reasonably suspects fraud, duplicate submissions, altered documents, or other violations of these Terms.

9. Changes or Termination

Cellux US LLC may modify, suspend, or end the Program when reasonably necessary. When practical, participants will receive advance notice of material changes or termination. Cellux US LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide an opportunity to redeem valid points before the Program ends, subject to reward availability and applicable law.

10. General Conditions

Points are promotional rewards only. They are not cash, have no cash value, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or other business relationship between a participant and Cellux US LLC, a dealer, or a distributor. The Program is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
