1. Who We Are

Pro Rewards™ is a rewards program developed and operated by Cellux US LLC. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when professional contractors register for and use the Program. The pilot is initially available to eligible professional contractors in Florida.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Registration and contact details, such as your name, email address, and other information you provide.

• Purchase invoices uploaded by you, including the complete invoice and information shown on it, such as dealer, purchase date, products, quantities, and transaction details.

• Program information, including points earned, points redeemed, and reward history.

• Technical information about use of the platform or website, such as device, browser, and usage information.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify purchases, award points, process rewards, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve the Program, and send Program-related and promotional communications.

4. Dealers and Distributors

Dealers and distributors may recommend contractors who may be interested in the Program. They do not enroll participants or administer the Program, and they do not receive participants’ personal information, account details, uploaded invoices, purchase histories, or point balances. Participants register and submit invoices directly to Cellux US LLC through the Pro Rewards™ platform.

5. Service Providers, Analytics, and Advertising

The Pro Rewards™ platform is internally developed and operated by Cellux US LLC. We may use service providers to support hosting, communications, security, analytics, and website operations. We also use analytics and advertising technologies to understand website activity and measure marketing performance. These technologies may collect technical or usage information. Depending on the tools and settings used, information may be disclosed to the providers operating those technologies.

6. Retention and Security

We intend to retain personal information and uploaded invoices for up to one (1) year. We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary or required by law for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. If you request account closure, we will delete information we no longer need, subject to legal or other permitted retention requirements. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send essential account or Program communications.

8. Adults Only

The Program is intended only for professional contractors who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Program, our practices, or applicable law. The latest version will be made available on our website or through the Pro Rewards™ platform.
